TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following sales and delivery terms apply to all purchases and deliveries from METERMETER.
The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between you as buyer and METERMETER.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
We accept online payment with credit card (VISA, Mastercard and JCB).
Your payment will be captured once the order is shipped, and we can never request a larger amount than you accepted when placing the order.
There are no fees for payment.
All prices are listed i euro and are incl. VAT.
We use an authorized payment provider that encrypts your card information with SSL (secure socket layer) protocol. This means that we can not read your card information and we do not store information about your credit card.
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.
Please use the order number as reference for any inquiries regarding your order.
Changes to an order can only be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (or by replying the order confirmation).
We pack and ship orders as they come so it won't always be possible to make changes to an order if it's alreay packed.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Shipping of goods within Denmark is handled by GLS or DPD unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days depending on your destination.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking information for the shipment.
Subject to delays due to the shipping compnay or third parties that are outside METERMETER's control.
Delivery to EU countries is handled by GLS or DPD.
Delivery to countries outside EU (including Norway) is handled by PostNord.

Delivery of goods from METERMETER is deemed to have occurred when the shipping has been handed over to the customer. The risk of goods purchased at METERMETER passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.
RETURNS & REFUND
We offer 14 days return & refund from the day you receive your order.
Prior to returning a product, please inform METERMETER in writing that you wish to return a product.
Write to email@example.com indicating which goods you wish to return, as well as the reason for this.
The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as at reception.
Items in sealed packaging will not be refunded if the packaging is broken.
Cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund amount to your account as soon as possible.
If the item is purchased by credit card, the amount will be returned to the same credit card.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURS FOR SALE ITEMS & REMNANTS.

Returns must be sent directly to the store.
Regardless of whether the item was purchased in the store or online, you are also welcome to return a product in the store.
Warranty period for defects is 24 months.
If you receive a product with errors or defects, please contact us right away by email og phone and describe the errors of defects as detailed as possible.
Either you can return the item or we can work out an agreemeent to offer you a discount or another product.
Obviously, it is a requirement that the return is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
By using this website www.metermeter.dk, METERMETER's Facebook page and / or METEREMTER's newsletters, you agree that METERMETER processes your information pursuant to this data policy.
METERMETER fully respects all privacy requests and we are aware of the need for appropriate protection and sound processing of all personal information we receive.
If you can not accept the data policy, please do not use www.metermeter.dk, METERMETER's facebook page and / or METERMETER's newsletters.
Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including but not limited to his first and last name, physical address, email address and / or other contact information, whether they relate to their private residence or workplace.
WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE STORE AND USE?
You can go to www.metermeter.dk without telling us who you are or otherwise giving personal information about yourself.
METERMETER collects and processes information about you when you:
- Provide information to create or make changes to your user account in order to use certain services, such as creating wish lists.
- Sign up for METERMETER's newsletter, thus accepting that we may send you marketing material via email with information about opening hours, news and great deals.
- Place an order (we don't store any payment card information);
- Send an inquery or gives us feedback; or otherwise provides personal information to us via the website or otherwise.
METERMETER only collects the personal information that is required (eg email address and name) to deliver the service you are requesting.
The registration of personal data and personally identifiable information is necessary in order to analyze how users use METERMETER's websites through Google Analytics.
METERMETER does not collect personally identifiable information from third parties about the customers.
METERMETER uses Bambora Payment Provider to handle online purchases, and does not store information about payment methods, such as card numbers on debit cards, bank accounts, or similar.
WHO DO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH?
Personal information given on www.metermeter.dk is only disclosed to
- the company's internal departments;
- selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information to deliver goods or services that you have requested (like sending an order to you)
In order to further develop and improve METERMETER's website, we provide statistics on how users use the website. The statistics are only used in summarised form, eg. to see which pages and browsers our customers use most.
Except for the above, METERMETER does not store or process data about the individual customer's use of the services at www.metermeter.dk.
WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal data is stored on secured servers in Denmark. Some personal data is administered by a third party (data processor) that stores and processes personal data on METERMETER's behalf pursuant to this data policy and the applicable data protection laws.
We keep only personal information as long as necessary for the purposes stated above.
ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You can always change your account information, including if you no longer wish to receive newsletter from METERMETER - you can also click "unsubscribe newsletter" at the bottom of the newsletter at any time.
You can find out what information we have registered about you. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not want METERMETER to identify your PC, mobile, etc. by using cookies, you can delete or block cookies in your browser.
For each visit to the website - regardless of the presence of a cookie - we register the user's type of browser, operating system, host (host), and URLs of the pages that are requested. This data is used in a comprehensive and anonymous form for statistical analysis of the general use of the website.
