Terms & Conditions for shopping at METERMETER

The following conditions apply to all purchases from METERMETER online shop, and they apply in cases where no other written agreements has been made between you as buyer and METERMETER.

Purchase and payment

METERMETER receives online payment with common credit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB).

The payment will be debited from your account once the order is shipped.  
There can never be raised an amount greater than what you have approved in the conduct of your purchase.

There is no fee for online payment.
All amounts in the webshop are in Euro incl. VAT.
If you are shopping from outside EU, VAT will be deducted during check out. 

METERMETER uses an approved payment provider, which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we can not read your information. We do not store any information about your credit card.

Delivery and shipping

When you buy goods from METERMETER you must pay for shipping.
The shipping cost is a fixed price depending on your country.

The shipment of goods is made with GLS or PostNord.
Delivery time for european countries is usually 3-5 business days, and 5-10 days for destinations outside Europe.
All orders are shipped within 24 hours.

We accept no liability for delays caused by GLS, PostNord or third parties which are outside our control.

Delivery of goods from METERMETER is considered done when the consumer has received the goods.
The risk of goods purchased from METERMETER is yours from the time of delivery.

Cancellation and return policy

We offer a 14 days return policy, which will apply from the day you receive your goods.

In order to take use of your right to return a product, you must, prior to returning the item, inform METERMETER by writing an email to stofbutik@metermeter.dk and await approval.

When you send the product back, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Fabric which has been washed or cut into will under no circumstances be refunded. This also applies to patterns which have been opened.

You will bear the costs associated with returning the goods. We do not accept return packages sent COD.

When returning, it is your responsibility that the packaging is sufficient to protect the product. We recommend that, if possible, you recycle the packaging from receiving the goods. If an item is damaged during shipment to METERMETER we will deduct an amount equal to the damage .

When we receive the product and checked its condition, the purchase will be refunded.


Subject to price, misprints and sold out items

We reserve the right to pricing errors, misprints and sold out items. If an item you ordered, is sold out or not available in the desired quantity we will contact you immediately, and your payment will be canceled unless otherwise agreed.
