Feminine and subtle, this sleeveless dress will enhance your curves no end.
The contrast between the two halves is particularly appealing with a more fitted volume for the lower half that really accentuates the fuller volume of the top. Working in two different fabrics for the two distinct halves immediately comes to mind but is not an obligation.

A fabric with hold is certainly preferable for the bottom half. A zip at the back opens the bottom half and the top is finished with a collar and three buttons at the back adding extra charm and detail.
